Probably one of the most luxurious hotels in Medellin (and the world). Amazing staff, who communicate proactively and can help with whatever you want. The space itself is gorgeous with every detail considered. One important thing to note, the 2 bedroom is either 2 bedrooms with no living room or 1 bedroom with a living room. I used it as a 1 bedroom and felt like a king.

Stylish, Safe, and Spotlessly Clean Stay - We absolutely loved this 2-bedroom suite! It was modern and beautifully designed, with chic touches that made it feel really special. Everything was spotless and felt so fresh and inviting. We had tons of space to spread out, get ready, and relax with a glass of wine in the evenings. The location was amazing—walking distance to the best restaurants and shops but still felt quiet and safe at night. The staff was wonderful, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and even giving us local tips. Truly the perfect spot for a getaway—I’d book it again in a heartbeat! Thanks again and I can’t wait to return on the next trip!

Payment
50% due at booking, 50% at check-in. Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) and USD cash accepted.
Cancellation
- 15+ days before arrival: Full refund
- 7–14 days: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
- Bookings made within 7 days of arrival: Must cancel 48+ hours before check-in to avoid charges

Charged in full, including taxes.
Guest Identification
All guests must be 18+ and provide valid government-issued photo ID at check-in (passport or national ID). Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Smoking & Property Rules
- All properties are 100% smoke-free (including tobacco, marijuana, vapes, incense, candles, etc.).
- Smoking violations incur a $100+ cleaning fee.
- No cooking in rooms (except designated units). Cooking violations may result in a $300 cleaning fee.
Visitors & Occupancy
- No guests under 18 permitted.
- Visitors must present ID and sign in. They may only enter when accompanied by the registered guest.
- Exceeding max occupancy or unregistered guests may result in eviction without refund.
Noise & Behavior
- Quiet hours: Weekdays 10:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m.
- No disruptive parties or excessive noise.
- Provenza Rentals reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for disorderly or unsafe behavior, without refund.
Housekeeping
- Daily housekeeping is provided between 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Additional cleanings available upon request for a fee.
- Please remove personal items from beds to allow linen changes.
Damages & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms, furnishings, or common areas. We reserve the right to charge your card for damages, missing items, deep cleaning, or rule violations (e.g., unauthorized smoking or extra guests).
Safety & Prohibited Items
- Firearms, weapons, fireworks, and open flames are not permitted.
- Alcohol is allowed only inside your unit.
- No pets allowed.
- Children are not allowed—our properties are adult-only environments.
- Room keys must be returned at checkout; lost keys incur a $12 replacement fee.
