What a beautiful oasis!! The home was just as described and the views front the rooftop with the jacuzzi were breathtaking. This was great for a vacation location for me and my friends. Very ideal for adults to get away and enjoy the party lifestyle of Medellín. All of the Tribeca host were great and very responsive when it came to anything we needed. The property is convenientally located to everything, easy access and provided amazing rooftop vibes. Amenities exceeded expectations, each of the eight bedrooms had their own individual shower and mini refrigerator. Don’t think twice, book it; you won’t regret it!! Thanks again for having us.

Tribeca Suites is the best place for a group trip to Medellin. The location is second to none with clubs, restaurants, and shopping close by. The staff were amazing and also close by if you need assistance. Any thing we needed they took care of it. I would highly recommend this place if you’re thinking about booking a place to stay in El Poblado. All the rooms have en suites, are similarly sized, and are very nicely appointed.

Payment
50% due at booking, 50% at check-in. Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) and USD cash accepted.
Cancellation
- 15+ days before arrival: Full refund
- 7–14 days: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
- Bookings made within 7 days of arrival: Must cancel 48+ hours before check-in to avoid charges

Charged in full, including taxes.
Guest Identification
All guests must be 18+ and provide valid government-issued photo ID at check-in (passport or national ID). Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Smoking & Property Rules
- All properties are 100% smoke-free (including tobacco, marijuana, vapes, incense, candles, etc.).
- Smoking violations incur a $100+ cleaning fee.
- No cooking in rooms (except designated units). Cooking violations may result in a $300 cleaning fee.
Visitors & Occupancy
- No guests under 18 permitted.
- Visitors must present ID and sign in. They may only enter when accompanied by the registered guest.
- Exceeding max occupancy or unregistered guests may result in eviction without refund.
Noise & Behavior
- Quiet hours: Weekdays 10:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m.
- No disruptive parties or excessive noise.
- Provenza Rentals reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for disorderly or unsafe behavior, without refund.
Housekeeping
- Daily housekeeping is provided between 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Additional cleanings available upon request for a fee.
- Please remove personal items from beds to allow linen changes.
Damages & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms, furnishings, or common areas. We reserve the right to charge your card for damages, missing items, deep cleaning, or rule violations (e.g., unauthorized smoking or extra guests).
Safety & Prohibited Items
- Firearms, weapons, fireworks, and open flames are not permitted.
- Alcohol is allowed only inside your unit.
- No pets allowed.
- Children are not allowed—our properties are adult-only environments.
- Room keys must be returned at checkout; lost keys incur a $12 replacement fee.
